  Istanbul view, founded on the 110 thousand square meter land in KC, which is the highest revenue shared real estate tender in the history of the Republic, set out with the slogan "4 neighborhoods, 1 district". Thus, historical buildings are transformed into living spaces and offered to the residents of Büyükyalı and Istanbul residents.

The Marmaray stop, which will be located next to the project, and the Eurasia Tunnel, which is under construction, allows Büyükyalı to be integrated into the entire transportation network of the city. It is 10 km from Ataturk Airport, 8 km from Topkapi Palace, 2.5 km from E-5 highway, one of the two main arteries of Istanbul road transportation, and 15 km from TEM highway. With its central location, Büyükyalı offers direct connection routes to important points such as Bakırköy and Yenikapı İDO piers.
