Away from the intensity of urban life, it was aimed to create a life style within the city, but still in a calm, intertwined with nature. The main design principle of the project; neighboring relations and neighborhood culture has been found to be a project that has been found to be alive again. Our project has different functions such as social facilities, sports facilities and pleasant landscaping areas integrated with these areas. The project is intended to have low floors in all buildings. 4 different block types are designed for this purpose. Aiming to have maximum size of green areas and garden areas, a boutique site project with low density was created.

With its large garden areas, the entire site has a social facility in the center of the settlement for ease of access. In addition to indoor and outdoor pools, communal areas such as children's playgrounds, fitness facilities, saunas and Turkish baths give the owners a mobile and social life within the site.

While designing different facades to create a focal point for the surrounding area, both the separation of the garden areas and the provision of privacy are provided by the facade elements
